for those of you who don’t know space marines are basically ‘crusades era’ knights thrown in space VS the worst aliens and demons the rest of existence can throw at them. and much like crusades knights they answered to a higher authority with a fanatical zeal, which squiggles is highlighting in this one. my space marine comics are very lighthearted, but i feel i never gave their zeal due credit.
