I just saw this website after a Google search. It turns out, there was a patent on a burrito on a stick issued by the US Patent & Trademark Office issued back in the early 80s. The best parts are the serious pictures and legalese at the end. Enjoy http://www.google.com/patents/about?id=QAk2AAAAEBAJ
